Duron A. Hamilton family clips from Dayton, WA Newspapers

Duron Hamilton (1859-1936) was the first born of Supplina & Jane Hamilton. These are newspaper notices about Duron's family clipped or transcribed by researchers at the Blue Mountain Historical Society in Dayton, WA. Duron married Laura Sedonia Brunton in 1876; she died of complications from cancer surgery at age 48. They had nine children. Duron remarried twice after Laura's death -- a marriage to May Nellie Skyes (nee Laelaer) that was later annulled, then to Rebecca Hughes in 1916. He was remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews.
