Wing - Hamilton Colonial Family History

Attached are a few pages from the amazing work "Wing Genealogy: The reverend John Wing of Banbury, Oxfordshire, England and his wife Deborah Bachiler, Vol. 1, published 2006." This work was compiled by Raymond T. Wing, a Wing family descendant, historian and genealogist. In the attached PDF there are selected pages that tell the story of Lydia Wing, b. May 23, 1647 in Sandwich, Plymouth Colony, a daughter of Daniel Wing and grand daughter of John Wing and Deborah Bachiler. It was this Lydia who married our Thomas Hamilton/Hambleton in Rhode Island around 1668. The selected pages tell some of the story of Lydia and Thomas Hamilton' two sons, Daniel and Thomas and their children. The Hamilton brothers, Daniel and Thomas, settled in Chatham on the Cape. We lose track of Thomas and his descendants (if any) after the Battle of Quebec in 1690 to which both boys fought with the company from Chatham under the command of Capt. John Gorham. Daniel was a Sargent in the company.
