James M. Hamilton was the twin brother of William McCord Hamilton and was born to John and Altha (Judd) Hamilton in Illinois in 1834. He was a Civil War Veteran. This will was dictated by him from his death bed on February 20, 1869. From this will we have confirmed the names of his brothers and the location of his property. We also have confirmed the middle initial of his older brother Supplina P. Hamilton.
